| FB Super thin Intumescent Fire Proof Coating is a kind of steel
structure intumescent fire proof coating which we developed to
produce.It intumesces to bubble approaching fires, causes fire
proof heat insulation layer, has good result of heat insulation.
Used as steel structure fire proof coating, its decoration is
greatly better than the traditional thick and thin fire proof
coating. It also has the advantage of convenient construction. It
is widely used for steel structure fire proof including industrial
house, stadiums, waiting rooms and high buildings, etc. It is also suited for protecting flammable basic materials and electric wires support frames in ships, underground engineerings, power stations, machine house, etc. Usage： Before use, please clear the dust on the surface of the basic material, adequately stir the coating. If too thick, you can add solvent to dilute for convenient construction. This coating should be coated above-10oC,in well ven-tilation environment, avoid to approach fires. It should be coated at several times, 6 to 8 hours at a time, coated again after the coat dries. Used for steel structure,the coat at a time is less than 0.5 mm. Used for woods, gypsum plates,plastics, the usage amount is 500 g/m2at 3 to 5 times. Used for rubber or oil paper insulation electric wires, it is usually coated at 2 to 3 times for getting the 1 mm thick. Notice： Stored in an iron container, methods of storage and transportation are same as the usual paint. Storage term is a year. Strictly forbid to be in the sun and rain, when it is stored. |
